Web Maintenance, Technical & Creative Support Plans
Change is inevitable! From time to time the content of your website needs to be updated. In light of this, we have put in place an efficient way for you to keep your site up to date, make fixes, and even add functionality to enhance your brand (design).
While our websites include a Content Management System (CMS) for easy self-editing, advanced updates and technical support are often required by most clients during the year. Additional graphic elements may also be needed from time to time, to further enhance your brand image and attract customers. We have, therefore, created the following support plans:
- Lite Plan: support for small businesses requiring few changes per month. Up to 2 hours per month for USD 75 per month (* 6-month minimum)
- Pro Plan: support for small businesses requiring moderate amounts of changes per month. Up to 5 hours a month for USD 170 per month (*6-month minimum)
- Advanced Plan: support for small businesses requiring moderate amounts of changes per month. Up to 10 hours a month for USD 350 per month
Note: * Time is not stackable. Rates are based on average usage over the term so we can offer a discounted monthly rate.
- Training in web CMS and other web applications such as email software, etc
- Updating CMS, security updates, plug in updates, server software, etc
- Re-designing landing pages, blogs, and sub pages with new “calls to action”, social marketing tools, and 2.0 styles.
- Enhancing new web pages you’ve created in your CMS that need an ‘artist’s’ touch or extra marketing focus
- Adding video or presentations
- Technical support for “bugs”, errors and issues that occur all around the internet on a daily basis
- Coding / Scripting, hosting, or application issues
All Web Site Maintenance plans include:
- Full backup of your website
- Communications via email, live chat, or video calls
Terms of Technical Support
- If the support issue is determined by our team to be a programming or other such error caused by Urhitech Web Solution, you will not be billed for this service.
- If the support issue is determined by our team to be caused by improper use of the Content Management System or improper handling of the website code NOT caused by our team, your company will be billed for all time related to investigation, troubleshooting, and resolving the issue.
- If the cause of the issue is unknown, your company will be billed for all time related to the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of the issue.
- Urhitech Web Solution recommends that all clients maintain a support package in order to receive our lowest rates on the support and maintenance that you will likely need on an ongoing basis.
